Originally a print publication, Orange Exchange acted as the hub of a CRM and loyalty programme for small and medium-sized business customers.
I helped win the contract in 2008 to launch a truly groundbreaking interactive online version with supporting eDM. As well as directly conceiving the initial approach, I then steered its constant evolution.
Developed before tablets, the intuitive user-friendly interface was well ahead of its time, while the extensive analytics and data driven segmentation, together with a personalised eDM and original video features, further enhanced effective engagement and response rates.
