Summary

BBC Radio 5 Live contacted me directly in my capacity as chairman of the London Northern Ireland Supporters’ Club (London NISC) asking if I knew anyone who could put together a script highlighting a Northern Ireland fan’s experience in the build up to the UEFA Euro 2016 Championship.

Naturally I wasn’t passing this opportunity up! I was honoured when my unedited script was subsequently narrated by Gary Lightbody, lead singer and songwriter with the band Snow Patrol, complete with emotive supporting slideshow and radio commentary extracts, see, watch and listen here
